| Dear Would be Partner, With the current global increase in food prices due to the production of biological fuel(Ethanol), I have since come to the logical conclusion that any source of fuel(crude oil) at a reduced price, which will be imported will not only generate maximum profit but will also reduce the increase in food prices drastically. It is based on this ideology that I have spent 6 long months in Africa trying to broker a deal and I have finally reached an agreement with Sudan, Brunei and Nigeria. This agreement will not only allow me to move 20,000,000 gallons of crude oil from their ports monthly but also with a 27% discount if I can provide a source for rice import in these countries. There is also more, I am to pay 55% of the total sum being exported before shipping and the remaining 45% upon the ships docking at their destination. Now facing the fact that NO American company will pay for a shipment from any of those countries until it docks either on American soil or in an American friendly zone that has trade agreements. Once the oil has hit the “friendly” port it is insurable and the ship usually just re-flags and heads to the wholesalers home port. Upon arrival of the barge at the home port, and testing of the product by the consumer and the port officials to make sure it is refined enough and up to US standards, AND ONLY THEN, does the money get wired to the supplier.I even intend moving into Venezuela who seem to have far more oil and more discount. The government would purchase our program because we purchase oil at a far deeper discount than 20%. On average everyday wholesalers doing more than 20 million barrels can get 15% discount, the US government is buying gas closer to 45 cents to the dollar. For any business man such as myself, I would say "this is a deal of a life time", but still yet being a meticulous man, I know that that it is too big for me alone and that is why I am using this medium to seek for a partner, someone well versed in business issues such as import and export, who will run the home front, while I remain here to conclude this brokerage.Investments and profits will be split 50-50. I also have a scheduled plan of selling this deal to the government after one year of successful running, this is going to generate more profit and still secure the economy in terms of policy change. All this being said, I would also like to inform my would be partner, that we have just one month to conclude this deal before it is handed to the Chinese or North Koreans who seem to be clamoring for the same deal. Also I am in search of a profitable real estate or telecommunications investment business in your country and I would be glad if you can assist me in any way possible, I would like to invest my family's finances (Inherited through oil), in your country under your care and full management. I will provide the finances required for the investment, my first choice of investment would likely be real estate business which I have believe will flourish in your country, medical supplies as a business will also be regarded as a good offer.
