| Dear All,
Please read it all this letter,cause this will be give you some information about the HEBEI YONGHUI CHEMICAL IMPORT&XPORT CO. We bought from them 100mt CAUSTIC SODA FLAKE %99 content last april, and at the begining they told us no need the SGS cause will take more then 15 days so thats why we trust them, we paid their Money by L/C and they already loaded after 30 -32 days later discharged on Izmir port with SGS under the control, and after this the goods arrived to our customer they started to use but we found the product quality very bad normally should be %99 NaOH but their product is %31 - %51 thats mean very bad quality, after this happen we contacted with them and alwasy they said “OUR PRODUCT QUALITY BEST “ this is what they say but we already done SGS analysis then the truth is content %31 - %51 not %99. We prof them but they dont accept this and they lie and they runaway from us, I went to their Office but how come the boss was not there and the employer dont know the boss even his mobile number,thats all happen just come 1 way HEBEI YONGHUI CHEMICAL IMPORT&EXPORT IS BIG CHEATER, dont trust them and if you dont want to loose your Money dont buy from them, we lost USD 67000 and I hope anyone will not loose their Money too, thats why I am mailing this cause THEY ARE LIER AND CHEATER.They told us they will solve this problem but it passed around 30 days after I went to their Office. Dear All , please be careful and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANY PRODUCT even they lie abt they have factory dont belive them, you can find the documents attach then you can see the truth. | |
